Apathy has set in already. Lots of people were OK with winning 7 or 8 games this year!
We are close to being 3-0 too, but that's college football. You have to make plays and take advantage of opportunities.
This is what happens when youn just don't have your players. What can you expect? No talent on the team. Northern Illinois and arky state have more talent than us. Once we get a roster of 4 and 5 star players in the two deep, THEN we can expect to blow these teams out. But if you think we should be now, you're an obvious bloner and you probably like tom Osborne to boot, you idiot.
The newer fans like unfortunately most of the newer generation have learned and been taught to accept losses shrinking incomes lack of jobs and everything else and they're taught that there and there's nothing that they can do to stop it

What!? Anyone who's anyone knows we were lucky to even be in the game at all today. Pelinis recruits are terrible, and those walk ons! NIU obviously has more talent, Riley needs five or so years to get his players and get rid of all that toxicity pelini left in the program.

so if fans take this like msg board die hards they boo, don't show up, bitch.. and then your stadium starts getting a bit emptier. Big crowds are the one thing that Nebraska can hang their hat on.. not recent success or being an NFL pipeline. All bigtime atmospheres, PSU, OSU, Bama, Nebr, Clemson have grandma's making cookies for tailgates who don't even know when the home team has the ball or not.
I'll never go to a PSU viewing party where they raffle stuff off and wear stupid knit sweaters. Goofy sheep who soak up game day are a necessary evil if your home crowds average 75+
