Well it finally happened to me (locked out of premium sites) WTD?

Nothing personal rover, but do we need to start a thread in the free board every time one of the gold members can't access RSS and the like? There's contact info all over this place. However, I do wish they would make it easy to e-mail specific mods like they used to before the overhaul. I would contact Mike Mataya and he will fix it for you. If not, demand a credit for each day you don't have access and you'll be amazed at how fast those "technical" issues get resolved.

Be polite but the squeaky wheel gets the oil. Or at least that the case with most companies. But not with rivials/yahoo. I've never seen such a lack of being proactive with it's customers. Everything is a runaround. There should be a pinned solution to these problems. The redirect to the app store just never goes away. I even did a screenshot with the procedures But there isn't an advanced settings with the supposed type box to enter the offending site. Or at least it couldn't be found by a friend with a masters degree who works for a major insurance company. The only real help I've ever received was downloading the new chrome browser which has made posting a breeze. If only i could get specifics where to find these advanced settings with the browser/phone/carrier???

I sent an e-mail to Mike this morning. I haven't received a response but the premium sites are again accessible.
