A cold front will move through on Friday. Ahead of it, a few showers and thunderstorms late-Thursday into Friday. Dry by Friday evening and dry all of Saturday. No chance of rain for the game.


For the most part, a pleasant late-October day in Lincoln. Plenty of sunshine. Seasonable (slightly above normal) temperatures. A bit of wind, but not bad.

Pregame (Saturday AM): Morning low around 45° at daybreak. Will reach 50 between 9 and 10AM.

Kickoff (11AM CDT): 53-54°. Sunny skies. Wind Northwest at 10-15MPH, gust to 20 possible.

Halftime: 58°. Sunny skies. Wind Northwest at 10-15MPH, gust to 20 possible.

4th Quarter: 62°. Sunny skies. Wind Northwest at 8-14MPH.

Postgame: High temperature 63-64° around 3:30PM. Wind decreasing late-afternoon. Sunny and dry. Temperatures will drop sharply after sunset, into the 30s after midnight.
