That adds up to 10... I saw 4 rushing.
Not sure I would call that a "rush" from McMullen. I guess really it should be a 3-2-5. Unfortunately thus far that's pretty much the norm for him. That adds up to 10... I saw 4 rushing.
Would we be better off starting Freedom and Racoon Boy when he gets back from injury? Not sure I would call that a "rush" from McMullen. I guess really it should be a 3-2-5. Unfortunately thus far that's pretty much the norm for him.

Sorry, EXTREMELY slow on the uptake... Now I get it.Not sure I would call that a "rush" from McMullen. I guess really it should be a 3-2-5. Unfortunately thus far that's pretty much the norm for him.
Could Gangwish be an option to play there? I don't know how different the base and rush end are. I'd say at this point we want to have Freedom out there. And at least we know Gangwish will go balls out.I'm not sure - but clearly he punted on off-season fitness. We just don't have anyone else to replace him.
More like he moves as if he is overweight and not in condition. That is really unbelievable, he moves like he's hurt. Kind of ambled around until he found a free blocker then jogged over to engage him. I think Gangwish was listed as out around 3 weeks after the BYU Hail Mary, so he would be returning soon. At least you know he will go Hell bent for leather, he sounds like he's dying to get back in the field.
You're probably right, I was just trying to eliminate that possibility in my mind since they started fall camp almost 2 months ago. Banker apparently said this was his best game of the year.More like he moves as if he is overweight and not in condition.
Is there any way that his responsibility on that stunt was to play soft and watch for anything short over the middle? I know Saturday that he ended up in pass coverage at least once and of course got beat. That is the only logical excuse for what I see there. If not, then man that is embarrassing. It's on the coaches, they are allowing it to continue.
Amen, Sir. Thank you. I couldn't agree more. If your (with) tongue in cheek never mind. If serious I could not agree more. Coaches are the authority. If the authority lets players get away with crap like this, its cancer to the team. I don't care how thin NU is at DE as far as talent goes, there are a bunch of freshman and walk-ons who would at least give it there all if they had a chance. I'd rather see a DE trying his ass off and getting crushed by a OT then seeing a guy take a playoff like that. You think McBride would have ever been ok with that? A guy like Melton would have lost his shit on that. It's on the coaches, they are allowing it to continue.
