Since the mid thirties our fans grew on the rivalries of Midwestern Universities with amazing long time rivalries with Pitt, Minn, Syracuse, ND, etc. This football program needs one thing and one thing only to resurface and that is Oklahoma University It has always been the straw the stirs our drink. I just think if we played those guys every November again we would have a charge, a purpose, a real Rival again. Wisconsin is not Nebraska Iowa is a dogtrack. We have not very much in common at all with this league. Play Oklahoma again every year and watch this program re invent itself.
We need Oklahoma back in our life.
