Come on. This thread has real potential. This guy better come up with some money making ideas because Ted Carter needs to cut 37 million by 2025. Seems like a bit of a contradiction to me.

The deficit will be $80 million in 2025. A lot of departments are f*cked. There's no way you can save $80 million without cutting entire programs. I hope the new chancellor has experience in firing people.
