I've never played the game except in PE and once in a coed intramural league, but the more I watch it, the more it amazes me how they can take a ball coming in from any angle and set it up somewhere with such accuracy.

Passing is the biggest key in volleyball. The less the setter has to run, the more she can use all of her options. With all of the hitters NU has, It allows Hunter to keep the block off balance by spreading the ball around.

PSU looks like they don't have much fire tonight.

Case in point with PSU tonight. They are struggling passing and their setter is all over the court and they aren't getting a lot of clean hits. Makes me wonder if Nebraska figured something out the first time they played and are doing something with their serve to keep them off balance and get them out of system.

I may be wrong, but the ladies look like they could very well repeat this year. Rolfzen/Malloy is a tough combo for other teams to overcome. One usually picks up the slack for the other.
