USC-Notre Dame

Day lost at home as a 19-point favorite to a 5 win team & their biggest rival who he’s now 1-4 against

Riley lost at home as a 7.5-point underdog to the likely national #5 seed

Yep, they belong in the same sentence

I've tried to explain to the incel that I have a wife and a life. Gotta feel bad for someone who has no cyber-friends, and somehow, even fewer friends in real life.
That's my Christmas present to everyone: Thank Santa you're not in his position.

Michigan was a 6 win team, now a 7 win team. Dame is plenty tough on defense.

I do think our picks and conversations about the playoff games will be entertaining for all of us.
Too bad NU can't join that conversation. LOL

ND is tough. real tough.

they run the hell out of the ball and their secondary might be the best in the country.

tough coach, tough team, at home in December.

they'd beat indiana by 40

ND kinda has the physical makeup to make a real run.

Not a Dame fan at all, but I respect great defense and a strong, committed running game.

ND was not as impressive on d as I expected yesterday. USC moved the ball at will and shredded nd’s secondary. I think nd has hid behind a bad schedule and will get exposed in the playoff

They beat a good Texas A & M team on the road, as well as a decent Ga Tech, Navy and Army.

It's time for them to line up in the playoffs and see what they really have.

They won't be an easy out for any of them. I happen to think this is a comparatively weak group of teams.

ND can be beat but you are going to have to stifle their run and have a good QB. A&M could have beat them if they didn’t make so many mistakes (really bad passes that were picked off)

If USC could have slowed their run game yesterday it would have been an easy W. But that is not exactly easy. If they’re forced to pass, ND is in a lot of trouble. They have bad WRs and a QB that needs the run to set up easy passes. He can’t read progressions

I’m just glad Nebraska got the WR they really wanted out of Omaha that year: Zavier Betts.

Watts would have never seen the field in Lincoln.

Sounds like Notre Dame will be an easy bet against for you. As a 4 or 5 seed, these are several teams that ND can and will beat.

OSU would have beaten Michigan yesterday if Howard hadn't thrown a pick on his own 12 yard line or thrown another pick on the Michigan 10. Those were bad picks.

Notre Dame would beat USC 10 times if they played 10 times this year. Remember, Riley never beats anybody that's any good.

Other than that, I say line these teams up and let's see what happens on the field. It's gonna be fun.

USC had nothing for their run game. I ageee, they had little chance. But, they could have won barring some bad, bad passes.

ND hasn’t played anyone but they sure do handle their business. I think a team like Tenn would be a bad match up for them

Admittedly, I am a Tennessee fan. They have a nice defense but Niko, their QB, is pretty inconsistent and the Vols have scored way less points than normal.

ND v. TN would be a good matchup, of course they would be playing in South Bend where it could be a bit chilly in December.

I don't think either team has quite enough offensive fire power to win it all, but they aren't a team you can just overlook.

Only thing uglier is a creepy stalker who even scarletcard likely find an embarrassment to Husker nation
Just challenge him to a game of NCAA 25 (especially after he claims he’ll bully you on it) and you’ll stop hearing from him very soon.

Bro you’re an iowa fan that lives on the Husker board. When’s the last time you were able to look down and see your penis?

Tenn front 7 would be a lot for the Irish to handle. Nico is similar to the USC QB. Maybe a little less passing skill but faster

I think Tex puts it together and wins it. They have a lot of studs

They may get beat by Georgia again Saturday in the SEC Championship game.
Georgia handled them in Austin pretty easy the first time.
As the year has went on, Texas has scored less and less points.

I think they (Tex) beat them soundly (a couple scores) on Saturday

Also, ND is exactly what I want my Huskers to be. But with a couple home run hitting WRs

Who you think wins Saturday by a couple td's? I'm unsure which team you mean.

ND is subpar in the passing game. GIve them a better QB and a couple WR's and they would be a bitch.
