***** Need to clarify because sam is a junior he can not meet face to face with any coach at this point. So Purdue is speaking to our head coach about him.

******Update on this young man. Today Daniel Rowe-Defensive Quality Control for Purdue will be in to talk to Sam. Recruiting around here is about to get interesting.

If you missed this Last week.

Sam Kolterman, one of our players is being visited by Iowa State this week. He is clearly our Alpha and is maybe the most physical player I have ever coached. (6'1 200) As a LB he has a lot to learn but he is a machine at our level. In the semi's against a damn good Norfolk Catholic team he had 19 tackles and 2 sacks.

He was in the finals last year in wrestling as a Sophomore in class B and will most likely go undefeated the rest of his career. He is wrestling at 195 and is toying with everyone he faces.

In all honestly I don't think he is a D1 scholarship guy but his name should be one to watch for next season. And this is a quote from an Iowa State coach "So tell me about this Kolterman kid that I keep hearing everyone is afraid of." (maybe I'm wrong if the 2nd coach from a D1 school in a week has visited)
