Undisciplined team

Moos did well to illustrate the symptoms of the problems and yes they are cultural. Lack of discipline and carelessness are symptoms- the problem is the players actual level of caring about winning. If you love your coach do the work and go out and perform your job or he will be gone.

I don’t think Riley created this problem I just think it should have not been an issue by his third season. Players need to take a hard look in the mirror- and stop with the blaming the fans BS. Weber basically spelled it out when he said he hopes this team uses this all as fuel.

out of curiosity, what is a "sloppy" uniform? I didnt understand it in your post or in Moos' comments. They are all given the same new/clean uniform every week and they all look the exact same.

A sloppy uniform could be something on the field like a guy wearing a blue shirt that is hanging out under his red one for his entire career or simply not taking care of or hanging up your uniform after a game instead leaving it crumpled up on the floor of the locker room..

Riley’s culture was very undisciplined... no even token punishment for our weed offenders, multiple OWIs for a mentor and coach to players, giving TA days off, penalties, poor fundamentals, physically weak teams.... lack of discipline was his most significant systematic problem

How do they take those unis off? Do they just toss it in a pile on the ground? Or do they hand them into the staff to clean? Do they pick up after themselves on the plane? Do they clean up in the players lounge? Do they know what it means to be at one of the ten most storied programs in the Country?

This above all else gives me confidence we are gonna make it back. Moos is a details guy. Details oriented people make the best coaches. The perfect examples of details guys? Belichick and Saban.

since I don’t see it don’t know exactly it can be untucked shirts food stains who knows but he noticed something

The lack of discipline reminds me of the Solich era. There was no accountability for players on or off the field in those days. Leadership begins and/or ends at the top.

He doesn't like the crop tops and cutting the bottom off the pants (Looking at you Lamar Jackson), he thinks it's disrespectful to the Nebraska Brand and players should take more pride and honor in wearing those unis. (I watched the Alabama and Auburn game. I didn't see one crop top) Doesn't like how the players kept the locker room, the charter plane. Those little things show a lack of attention to detail and accountability as others have mentioned above. Moos wants all that stuff cleaned up.

I can see why Moos would like Matt Campbell. He’s a yes sir, no sir, detail oriented kind of guy.
He put this in the ISU team meeting room. Another details guy

I was thinking of players that cut off the pants above the knees. And blasting music over the load speakers during practice as examples of not being disciplined.
