I don't know if this is going to be good for college football, they can't police now schools tampering so what if they increase the penalty it's going to be really hard to prove, what is going to prevent the top schools from poaching your best players

Basically Big 10 schools, any non-conference teams on Nebraska’s schedule the next three years and Oregon State.

I had a few thoughts about changing the 4 game redshirt rule. Maybe they change it so that only first year players can use it. If you quit on your team and want to redshirt after playing 4 games or less you forfeit your scholarship that semester. Why should the school pay for your semester if you quit the team? Just throwing ideas out there.
