Traditional Powers and Modern Day Powers that look unlikely to make a Regional

I found it interesting how many "big named" teams that seem to have low odds of making a regional. Not all are traditional powers by any means but names that have "been there" to some extent.

Kentucky
TCU
Florida State
Missouri State
Arizona
Cal State Fullerton
Rice
Oregon (probably the weakest name on the list but still makes me happy)
South Carolina
Texas (Maybe I'm somewhat hoping this comes to fruition)
UC Irvine

Meanwhile, we have some new blood getting into the fold (especially in the SEC).

Tennessee
Georgia
UC Santa Barbara
Auburn
Connecticut (Who has really come on the last couple years)
Illinois State
East Carolina (Also coming in strong as of late but now looking like a national power)
Duke
BYU
Indiana State

It will be a fun final of the season to keep an eye on for sure.

FSU has been playing much better lately. The downside for them is they don't have many high RPI games left.
