Tosh hired as the Browns D-Line coach. Seems like Kitchens did his alma mater/ Saban a favor his first week on the job. Going from D-cord @ Bama to a Line coach for the Browns isn’t a promotion. On the bright side, Bama should take a hit in recruiting for it. Tosh was pretty much the best in the business

Saban sure loses a lot of assistants. Alabama fans always defend Nick by say they are going in to become head coaches, but obviously this isn’t always the case.

He's had 6 LB's taken in the first three rounds since he started coaching them in 2016... dead narrative, the dude can coach.

Pretty sure I could've been the LB Coach and they still would've been drafted. Regardless, the biggest problem with Tosh was that he couldn't coordinate his way out of a wet paper bag. Wasn't really a secret that he was in way over his head as DC.

Well not many coaches are going to want to work for Saban long term. Not the best of bosses to have but Alabama right now is a great place to be from. Saban will never run of great coaches to pick from but the staff turnover is always going to be high for him.

I was surprised that Sarkisian went back.
