If Bo had to recruit a defense from scratch it would be what we saw from 2011-2014. It would not be 2008-2010. He inherited Suh, Crick, Amukamara, etc. The numbers were average defensively (with a lot of blowout losses) in that time frame.

I wonder if Bill Callahan would’ve done things differently In hindsight. Crank up that recruiting monster, hire legit assistants on defense and simplify the offense somewhat. Maybe after three years, he would’ve hit his groove. Or, he was always an NFL coach at heart

Having drubendall, of all people up here, call you out for making dim and stupid posts is a lot like having Keith Richards come banging on your front door, uninvited, in order to meet with you to have a heart to heart about his concern for the amount of drugs you are doing.

You might just want to pay attention when things like that happen.

In that context, thank you for the feedback and the wakeup call, and I will definitely take it to heart and do some introspection.

Ok? I would say what blows is how sensitive everyone is being over this football program. Some of you are crying over a coach who may or may not be leaving a team that is a perennial loser. What difference does it make? We have had multiple coaches, players, admins, etc.... The results are the same.

We will find someone else that can help us get to that coveted 6 win mark, I'm positive about this.
