Tom Osborne shoved a Nebraska fan in 1993

in leading up to the 2:24 mark .... the assistant/volunteer next to TO (on his right) is none other than Bill Busch ... forgot he was with Neb under TO before returning with Callahan

They will probably strip Coach Osborne of his 3 National Titles because of this new information after a very public and lengthy investigation. Nebraska will probably need to vacate all of his wins from that game until his retirement. Winking

DID give me a chance to watch a grainy, 23 year old video and feel even colder than I do right now....:)
I was at that game and it without a doubt is the coldest I've ever been at a Husker game. I've been colder as an underclassman riding the pine in a sleetstorm in highschool with a 50 mph wind (they called the game at half)with no coat but that day was brutal.

In reality though, Tom Osborne could have did a Chuck Norris roundhouse kick followed by a guillotine choke to the fan and he would be fine. Probably just a slap on the wrist and I for one would be perfectly fine with that.

why did you show that? Now I'm stuck in my safe room for the rest of the day.

While I don't miss Musberger on our games, man did I love to listen to Vermeil do our games as the Color Guy.

You know you're getting old when a video from '93 looks ancient.

Or worse, when you remember the graphics from watching the games live.

Who else remembers Chris Schenkel doing the score updates on Satuday afternoons. The William & Mary vs The Citadel would be mixed in with the Ivy's and Nebraska/ Oklahoma. And it would be mostly scores and very few highlights. Ah the good old days.
