Just heard on the local radio tonight that the NCAA has forbidden Harbaugh from posing for pictures with recruits at Satellite camps and that Harbaugh also is forbidden from signing autographs at the camps. NCAA obviously is making up the rules as they go. Probably taking suggestions from Nick Saban.
