People talk about how big of a rebuilding job this is right now and I agree for the most part. However elite coaches make their mark in year 1. If we have hired the right guy (be it Frost or someone else), we should see immediate results in the following:
1. Winning special teams
2. Reduction in procedure, personal foul and related "mental" penalties
3. Improved clock management
4. Improved team morale (players helping each other up, playing loose, having fun)
5. Creativity with both offensive and defensive play calling
6. Creativity with personnel
7. Finishing
