The punt…second longest in school history

Mike Stigge had the longest punt of 87 yards against Oklahoma State on October 10, 1992.

Last night’s 84 yarder was the second longest. How that happens in the same season as the most embarrassing punt in school history (7 yards) is a mystery to me.

As I layed in the Emergency Room during yesterdays game, I gave a "holy shit" on the punt and an extra point. The nurse looked at me and said 'it was just an extra point'. I said you must not watch Nebraska football. Extra points are hard to come by these days. Then the punt happened. Holy shit that was crazy
