No doubt that's true. That statement is always used to temper fans' expectations.

And I'm with Frost for as long as it takes to get this ship sailing smoothly.

But..................

I don't feel talent was our problem last year and I think the talent level is good for next season. For the vast majority of our players, had Frost been at the helm for the last 4 years does anyone really feel the new staff would've not offered scholarships/turned down commitments from our players?

My guess is that maybe 5-10 players would've been turned away. Not many.

It will take time to get S&C, technique, X/O responsibility and effort & discipline FULLY where they want. But I'm very optimistic the on the field performance will be MARKEDLY better than last year. And accordingly our record.

I think the vast majority of these players line up very well with what Frost/new staff wants.

JMHO and, of course, I could be wrong.
