The NCAA is doing a huge disservice to these kids

As athletes are committing earlier and earlier, and spots on rosters are filling up quicker, it makes no sense that a junior in high school is not allowed an OV. They are seriously handcuffing the lower economic classes that can't afford the travel. They (NCAA) are almost asking for recruiting violations.

Keep the level at 5, but just increase the OV timetable to Seniors AND Juniors. It seems as if some kids have a hard time getting all their visits in on game days anyways, and end up taking a trip or two in January right before signing day. Give the kids another year to weigh options and make decisions.

Am I wrong?
