Just wondering how much, really, a difference we can expect in performance this year simply in terms of buy-in (or lack thereof compared to last season).
We know it's second year of systems and everybody now has a year under their belts in their respective areas and with their coaches. That's concepts and stuff.
But how much a factor was lack of buy-in a year ago? Can you quantify "unity" on a team in terms of losses and wins? Did we lose both "unifiers" and "dividers" in the offseason/to graduation? Is this team fully bought in or are we a year away yet? Most importantly, how much (if any) difference does/did it actually make?
