I know there are a lot of huge fans and it's a pretty good movie but I don't even have it in my top 5 Coen Bros. movies. I'm curious, for those who really love it, was it one of the first Coen Bros. movies you saw? My theory is that their oddball sensibilities and aesthetics may really blow you away at first but be less sensational as you get used to them. Thus, the first two or three you see may be more highly regarded because of their novelty.
