The fact that our quarterback and two WR recruits have been playing together in high school could pay major dividends down the road. I think this is the first time we have recruited a group from one school? At least this is the first time I have seen this.

Keyshawn Jr and Gebbia were from Calabasas and came to Nebraska. Darnay Holmes, was the 3rd guy on that team but he ended up at UCLA. I don't think Holmes ever committed to Nebraska, I don't think he ever even came on an official. If I recall, he came for a camp or on an unofficial in the spring.

Personally I don't think recruiting players from the same high school matters nearly as much as how the Head Coach and Coaching Staff set the tone for the whole team.
