The HCMR hire feels like a win-win at this point. It looks like they're going to do very well on the recruiting trail. So if they can also coach 'em up and they're winning, that's a win for NU.

Or, if they're not getting it done on the field, Riley is the type of guy who would bow out gracefully and call it a career. We'd love him for the class with which he conducted himself, and he'd leave a stocked cupboard for the next guy.
