TCU star RB Zach Evans in the portal

Yeah seems like a headcase. Really great player, but not sure if they'd want to risk it.
Because there is so much to lose? Yes they want to risk it. Not like you can't kick him off the team if it doesn't work. Seems to me the kid has all to lose by being a head case, his best interest to not. You seem to Jake the wrong mentality. Plenty of head cases on those 90s teams that were worth the risk.

Am I the only one lol'ing about the chances he'd even consider us??
Applewhite was his RB coach at TCU for 2 years. When Patterson was fired, he transferred to Ole Miss. Had 2 good years at TCU.

He seems to be a handful both on and off the field.

We've got Isiah, Yant, Manning, and Betts who were unhappy, one more couldn't hurt.

considering this was a year ago and he already transferred to Ole Miss, probably.
Wow, I guess I look like a pretty big idiot for not picking up on that well done my man. I deserved all the smartassery that was in that comment that was funny

I like your stuff lite, and I really didn't mean to come off as being a smartass, usually, when I'm being a smartass I know it. LOL

Evans is one of those kids that's looking for his 3rd school. It's obviously the school, right?

I coached a few "different" kids a long time ago, and he was a step above another kid. They managed to play 16 years each in MLB before retiring last year.

Another, 8 years in MLB used to sit in our hotel room and "buttercup." You gotta know what that is. He was funnier than shit. He coaches a top DI baseball team now. Awesome young man.

Even the kids who are a little different grow up. Some don't. I had a couple of those too.

Kid should go where there is a need and where there is a history of strong offensive lines and running games. Bama doesn't seem to have a banger this year, but I have no idea of who they have in their pipeline.
