glad to see it must not have been too serious. turf toe (if that is actually what it is/was) can be a nagging thing. when i first heard this, i had started to wonder if his season might be done. watched the game and didn't see at anytime that it was bothering him. glad to see he appears to be back to 100%.

May not have noticed a limp or anything, but it could be a subconscious thing that is making hi resort back to throwing off his back foot-leaning back.

They talked about it on the telecast, evidently his ligament isn't damaged which is the severe type.

The good news is that if we can get by Rutgers this week (a game I will be at), then he has two weeks to rest the toe before Iowa. I was upset at first that we did not get a week off until late in the season, but that two week lay off before Iowa should help a lot of guys on this team get healthy. And if we get by Rutgers I would not be surprised if we kick the crap out of Iowa
