The one thing that really stuck out in the conversation I had with him was the meeting at the end of Spring Ball that Riley had with each player. He told me that before the meetings were even conducted they were given a questionnaire to fill out with questions like "If you win the lottery, but have only 30 minutes to collect or you lose it all, which teammate would you trust to get you there?" "If you and 3 of your teammates could make it the the NFL strictly on hard work, who would you choose?" and "If you were too drunk at a party, which teammate would you trust to get you home safely without using force?". I just found it to be pretty interesting and thought I would pass along. Would have to imagine the questions had to do with picking team captains.
