For what its worth the past couple of seasons I've went through Phil Steele's magazine and looked for teams bringing back at least 4 starters on the O-line (had to start 6+ games). D-line 3 starters on a 4-man front or 5 starters w/ a 3-4 scheme along with there starting QB coming back. The past two years this system has went 7-2.

Tulsa (New Coach)
Akron
New Mexico St.
