Which team will exceed consensus expectations by the most?

I have left out OSU and Wisconsin because they are favored by most pundits to win their divisions, Nebraska because most of us expect us to exceed expectations, and Illinois because I am sure that they would now come in 15th in a 14-team poll. And I can only list 10 options.
