NHL and NBA have both been in bubble mode and are both small-roster, professional sports that proceeded with massive alterations to the way they play. MLB wasn't in bubble mode and they have had rounds of infections go through teams but still small-roster, pro sport.
Let's not pretend those other sports are very comparable to college football where the athletes are living on campus, going to classes with tens of thousands of fellow irresponsible 20-somethings, and then being on a team of 100+ dudes whose sport involves heavy contact on pretty much every single play.
Can it be played? Yes. Will there be infections? One has to imagine so. It's all a question of what's your comfort level with knowing your sport is transmitting this virus.
