My 8 are:

Virginia
Arkansas
Miami
Florida
LSU
TCU
Illinois
Cal State

I will be pulling for Illinois first then the Cavs again for O'Conner.

I care more about the games in Omaha, than who is playing them. We only go to one or two a year, and it seems like we always get the 2-1, or 2-0 games. Booooring. I hope whoever makes it, brings their bats with them. But if I had to pick a team or two, it would be the traditional powerhouses. LSU scenery seems to travel well, so I'll be rooting for them of course.

Really hoping Mo. State makes it.

Arkansas really caught a break with Missouri State's ballpark not being available this weekend. I'm a Van Horn fan and hope the Hogs make it to Omaha, but it sucks to earn a national seed and not get to host your Super Regional.

Right? I would be unbelievably ticked if I were a Mo. State fan.

I am not familiar with the story. What is wrong with their ball park, and I assume Arky got to host as a result?

AA Cards are using it.

Yeah sounds like the minor-league team was only willing to give it up for one weekend, not two.

You would think the teams should be able to play six games (maximum) over a three-day period without any major conflicts - not much different than playing a 4-team regional, really. But apparently that would not work.

Dominating performance from Matt Hall today for Missouri St. Give up 18 with your first rd pick pitching yesterday. Give up one hit today.

MSU was able to work things got, but the NCAA used a loop hole to move it to Arkansas... I live in the Springfield area and the minor league team was willing and it could have got done.... They got hosed....

Thanks for the clarification. Not surprised that ESPN makes the AA team out to be the holdup, rather than the NCAA.

wow, that's disgraceful. Even more disgraceful was the umpiring in game 3 yesterday. The pitch to end the 4th inning when MSU had two guys on was the worst pitch I've ever seen called a strike in college or pro baseball.
