So one of the guys who works for me received a stimulus card in the mail and I activated it for him but there is no money on it, the balance is zero. He doesn't speak much English and I'm trying to help him but I seriously cannot find out what to do. I've spent waaaaaaay too much time on this already so if anyone has any suggestions other than looking at more IRS FAQ's I would be the most grateful man in the world.
