So Hugh Freeze contacts an escort service with his University issued phone and he is forced to resign. In doing this Ole Miss has shown that this is unacceptable behavior for the leader of young people and a representative of the University.
I can only guess they think this is....
1. Bad example to young people from a person with major influence/power.
2. Misuse of resources.
3. Goes against previously held moral/religious standards.
How many of you accept this level of scrutiny when it comes to an individual that holds this type of leadership position? Was his removal justified to you? How would you respond if he represented something you are a part of....say NU or an organization you belong to or support? Do you believe that we should live in a society that asks Football coaches to have a "moral turpitude" clause in their contracts......while, obviously, others in similar or even vastly more important positions are not held to these same types of standards?
