Question for you (and interesting read for all on here) . Local businessman up here bought local tavern years ago & part of the value was 341 Packer tickets in the" business" name . This was (is) the largest single block of tickets owned by one person (business) in Packer history . Many of these were purchased through Vince L. when the Packers were struggling years ago. Anyway, current owner levied a Packer $1400 per ticket surcharge on customers to pay the nearly $500,000 bill he received from said Packers when Lambeau Field was remodeled in 2003 & Packers passed the bill down to ticket owners. Owner promised 10 years access to purchasers(his customers) plus they could pay the $1400 over the 10 year period. Over 10 years now & he has sold the ticket block (except for a few he held for himself) to a ticket company which I won't name here. $1.4 Million. Sold the business too . Now many of the long-time purchasers are suing , saying that their longivity loyalty has been breached . They want restitution plus punitive . I can't see how they could assume this business owner could not have selling rights . Have any thoughts ?
