I haven't really followed out women's soccer lately. It is great to hear they are doing well. Is Walker still the coach?

They used to have some pretty talented teams in the 90's. I didn't like their strategy as much. They relied way too much on individual talent with 1 on 1 opportunities. It worked well until they met teams like Notre Dame in the tournament who matched up talent wise.

A couple times we, the men's club soccer team, were invited to scrimmage the women's team to help prepare them for the team speed they would see in the tournament. We were given instructions on things like no slide tackling to help avoid injuries. Those girls were vicious out there. One of my friends nearly got knocked out by their goalie Hornbaucker.
