When is it supposed to come out? I don't get all that excited about phones, because...well...it's a phone, but I am due for an upgrade, and I suppose I should get one that is so updated that it gives me handjobs while also giving me daily affirmations. Plus all the other crap they do.

Also not to thread jack but anyone know what Verizon, Sprint, etc charge for line access of whatever they call it for a per line fee in addition to plan fees for when you own your own phone. Long story short have asshole family members who are changing providers with a shared plan we have with them. Would prefer buying a certified pre-owned s7 or s7 edge outright and not having the monthly payment. But hard finding what Verizon or Sprint would charge for plan total with OWNING my phone and not buying from them.
I know I could call and find out, just thought I would see if anyone here would know. Thanks. (end thread jack)

I don't know about Verizon or Sprint but was in the US Cellular store and they said you can get an S8 free on a 30 month installment with qualifying trade in. I plan on doing that once I pay off my S7 Edge. My bill will go down by like $30 and I'll get a brand new phone. It'll be like $89 a month before taxes for unlimited 720p.
I had the Note 7 and loved it. I was the best phone I ever had. I was upset they locked em so I was forced to give it back. I went back to my old note 4 which I've owned now for 3 or 4 years. Samsung phones are so far ahead of Iphones now that its not even a race anymore. I will stay with my note 4 for as long as it lasts. The price of these phones now $700-$900 is crazy to me. Too each his own as far as what they want to spend. The S8 is the fastest phone on any carrier from what I read.
I believe Verizon's line access fee is $20 per line. When I got my S6 a couple years ago, if you did the payment plan, they waived the line access fee or something like that. Not sure if that is the way they still do it or not but for sure is a $20 per smartphone line access fee if you own your own phone.
