For his father-in-law Mitch Sherman at Texas A & M. He was born in 1983, left Calgary before the 2008 season and then began his coaching career. Another example of someone who was successful at a young age. He was obviously fortunate to have a connection that gave him an early opportunity. He is only 39 now. A great young man!
