Should have never left the Big 12

Well when you Duck and Run and bolt the league because your own fragile egos couldn’t deal with Texas, this is where it lands you. Pitiful.

If you're going to troll, at least get your facts straight. Colorado left for greener pastures first, not Nebraska. NU asked Texas to put their 3rd Tier rights on the table and they refused, ultimately overplaying their hand. UT also flirted very publicly with the Pac-10 themselves, which didn't inspire confidence that they cared about saving the conference at all. They reportedly took calls from the B1G and SEC too.

If you want to blame someone for Nebraska no longer being in the Big 12, blame that burnt orange school that keeps the Cyclones and the other little sisters in its gimp dungeon. Did Colorado "duck and run?" Did Missouri? Did Texas A&M? Do you go to their boards to spew your revisionist bullshit, or just with the Huskers?

Any school with better options jumped ship because it didn't look the Big 12 would continue to exist in any form. That's an important distinction, because perhaps you forgot that your very own ISU actually put together this pathetic website that begged the B1G to consider them (and got predictably lampooned).

ISUtoBig10.org

So, basically, ISU was trying to "duck and run" too. The difference is that no one wanted you.
When Nebraska is down, our brand is still highly valuable. People care about Nebraska football even if it's just to hate on us. When/if we're ignored, like ISU, that will be a problem. But even when the Cyclones are winning, which isn't often, no one cares. You're not even the most prominent program in your own state. You've never won anything of significance and, based on historical data, it's safe to say you never will.

NU would also never trade places with ISU in a million years. But man oh man do you wish ISU had NU's history and prestige. Why else would you be here putting your insecurities on full display? What a horrible existence that must be. Thanks for coming here and reminding us how good we have it as NU fans.

It's always funny to see cyclown fans come around talking shit when Nebraska absolutely owned them in the 8 & 12. Their program never has been anything and never will, but some how the 30 IQ cyclown fans like HillbillyCy show up and show what stupid really is. Hilarious.

Coming from a Hok dipshit whose team has split with ISU over the last 20 years. We would have won this years game too had our RT not been called for a Holding call with 2 mins to play by a Big Tin Homer ref.
If there are two fanbases made in Heaven for each other its Nubby and Hok.

Iowa is currently on a 5 game winning streak against Clown U. Which admittedly is nothing to brag about. Also, Iowa is 12-8 against Iowa State since 1999. Bad, but a far cry from splitting over the past 20 years. (Yes, we all know facts are not the strong suit of Iowa State fans.)

Oh, and yes, we also know Iowa State has never lost a football game. They've either beaten themselves or gotten screwed by the refs. It must suck to have the refs always against you. Poor babies.
ISU has won 10 times since then. Take off your shoes and socks and recount.
Typical 3” penis when you think its 9:)

GREAT GOOGLY MOOGLY!!! This is an EPIC beat down! Well done Larry!!!!

No, that would be Nubs. And its been that way for 20 years but some of you are just figuring that out.
Have you figured out that in the past 20 years, Nebraska has still been way better than your loser program? Have you figured out yet that your program will never win anything of consequence for the rest of your pathetic life? Have you figured out that even when Nebraska is playing its worse football since the 1950's, it still matters more than your program ever will? Outside of 30 IQ fans such as yourself, no one even thinks for a second about your team.

You said the last twenty, right?

Iowa State wins:

2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2007, 2011, 2012, 2014.

Iowa wins:

2003, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019

Do the math.

If you're counting 1999, or the last 21 seasons, then Iowa State has 9 wins. Still not at 10, genius.

Perhaps you should ask Clown U for a refund.

Oh, and no one envies ISU football. GTFO

He can't even count to ten.

Nebraska football has accomplished more in the past twenty years than Iowa State football has their entire existence.

Post of the day! The four schools who were fortunate enough to escape the Big XII would not go back in a million years. And no way in hell do we ever want to be in Iowa State’s shoes. Good luck, Clones. LOL.

Fake news Nebraska’s most reliable partner in the Big 12 was Texas

Nebraska plays in a conference that doesn’t play offense (Iowa is 83rd in total offense), and they don’t seem to be loving it...

Yet, Iowa has beaten ISU for the vast majority of games played, including the last 5 in a row. The Big 12 is a dogshit league with less than 1/2 of the players the Big 10 has in on active NFL rosters. For a league that doesn't play offense, the Big 10 puts more offensive players in the league than the Big 12 along with defensive players.

ISU fans aren't used to football outside of small town 8 man run and shoot, so they're understandably clueless about what happens in the Big 10. Guys like Saquon Barkley or George Kittle aren't playing in the Big 12, it's usually walk-on QBs like Baker Mayfield that sit in the shotgun all day long. ISU fans are excited that they actually have defensive linemen over 280lbs, so predictably they're acting like they have a top 5 DL.

1) natural footprint and rivals
2) recruiting grounds
3) Style of play (Frost was bred in the Big 12)

Until you guys Call the regents, it will just get worse.
Whatever you say. Call us when KSU wins a Big 12 or National Title any time soon. Until then, your cats are still a program that no one outside of the K-State world thinks about. Deal with it.

Well...We’ve won one a conf title this decade. 2012. #1 in the country that year for a small time. And Close to a national title shot until last game of year @Baylor. Outside of that, several 9-10 win seasons and as recent as 2016.

And looking like Arlington is still possible this year with Baylor still having OU and Texas to play. Not likely tho. Next year a conf title very possible.

1) how have those NFL players worked in completing in, and getting into the playoff? 4 goose-eggs I’m seeing last 4 years. Pathetic. Then this year you guys all hyped on the B1G yet it has the #6 conference SOS while the Big 12 has the #1 SOS. I smell some B1G flopping ahead as usual. Didn’t play anyone in non con.

2) if you look at 4/5 stars offensively at QB/WR/RB, there is NO WAY per team the B1G is ahead when you include Purdue, Indiana, Maryland, Rutgers, Illinois, etc. even Baylor can get a 5* WR in KD Cannon. He wouldn’t be caught dead in The bottom half, or lost the top half of the B1G. Lol. I know I wouldn’t let my skill player son go waste away in the Big Slow unless it’s OSU. Maybe PSU. B1G gawks at a Rondale Moore or Hamler, yet every team in the XII has one hold maybe Kstate and ISU this year

Big XII CFP victories = 0

Hey, turn on the Longhorn Network! I heard the ratings are above .00001% viewership in 2019! The rest of you Texas 10 can share in the fun!

Fair enough. I think KSU is a good team and I actually was pulling for them to beat OU, giants need to be slain every now an then (if only Nebraska could do that more often). Best of luck the rest of the season.

The Big 8 should have never let those SWC refugees into the conference.

I'm reading this claptrap wondering who was the NFL MVP last year?

Completely agree! In the SEC we were:

Full Member...Day 1

Mizzou was never a full member in the Big 12 as revenue was not shared equally. Honestly, I can somewhat see why Nebraska fans might miss the Big 12. Mizzou fans have absolutely no reason to miss the Big 12.

Yea, what about the other 21 players on the field?
Well, if you're going by current rosters the Chiefs have 9 players from the B1G and 6 players from the B12. The Ravens have 5 players from the B1G and 13 players from the B12. So that's 14 players from the B1G and 19 players from the B12. Hmmm...

My wife went to one of the original SEC schools and we go to alot of SEC games. I can tell you for a fact that everyone we talk to at the games does not like Mizzou in the SEC and they think Mizzou is a terrible fit. The Big 12 fans I know are glad Mizzou is gone. Nobody cares about Mizzou!!!

I lived in Lincoln for many years. I remember husker fans I knew calling the B1G a “midmajor” conference before they joined. I told them all the time that the B12 was crap and being competitive there was easier. It took them moving to find out they had the B1G pegged wrong. It’s the best league outside the SEC year in and year out and occasionally is even better/deeper than the SEC.

I am getting a chuckle out of ISU fans chirping about here. Not sure why they are piping up. Hell, they are worse historically than my hapless Illini. The only thing I can award them is “worst game I’ve ever seen in person” when they clipped Nebraska 9-7 in the turnover bowl. Yuck.

SEC cared enough to offer Mizzou a place at the table.

Mizzou seems much happier in the SEC than Nebraska does in the Big 10.

Or, you guys just poisoned them in that frozen league and transformed them into a frog like the majority of your conference?

If what you say is true, then how come they found instant success right at the transition? They took those athletes and playing style and were pushing all you guys around. Nebraska even won a division title.

Since calendar year 2011 (when Nebby left our league) Big Tin is 13-16 vs Big XII schools

Mizzou maybe happier but nobody in the SEC gives a shit about Mizzou. Mizzou just wants to be loved but nobody cares. Nobody in the SEC and nobody in the Big 12 cares about Mizzou.. It sucks to be Mizzou!!
