Anyone who follows the program knows the situation, but it seems necessary to address for the casual fan. Talks about expectations and a desire to be in the spotlight, but also taking the criticism that comes along with it.
Really should have been published earlier in the week, not after 3 games into the season.
Also talks about the third assistant proposal (all Big Ten coaches are for it, but the ADs are not) and how even though the conference has raised its game, not voting in favor of a third assistant doesn't have very good optics if the conference wants to compete at the national level.
