Our RB screen game is ugly!! As I recall, this was something we were focusing on through spring and fall camp, however, it has been mostly inept this season. Jeesh!!!

TA can't make the throws, the lineman aren't athletic enough to block it, and Newby is lacking the ability to make people miss in the open field. Bad trio for a great screen.

Look, people want to jump on Riley and Langsdorf for the failures of this offense, but the facts are that they are running what they know how to run effectively, but the skills of their players don't match the system. It's growing pains. You have to give them a few years to get their guys in place and then see what the offense looks like. Transitions are tough. Our fan base needs to learn to be patient.

i woulda traded the int for td for a punt on 4th down.

Play calling needs to be tailored to personnel. That's completely on the coaching staff. Also, Wilbon has the best skill set of our RBs to effectively work as a receiver out of the backfield. Personnel decisions are completely in the hands of the coaches, as well.

When will people understand that coaches don't know how to run multiple offensive systems? This idea that any coach should be able to utilize any and all talent is mind boggling
