OSU JUST offered 5-star WR Jalen Hall. Given that he's a 5 star and one of the most highly ranked players in the 2017 class, you'd think that OSU would have already offered him a ship. I'm thinking the only reason they offered him is because a certain WR prospect told them thanks, but no thanks (and the start of the twitter war with #SavageWilliams)
