Sam Foltz tribute

The Old West hot air balloon races are starting Saturday morning in Scottsbluff. I heard on the radio this morning that they are planning to launch 1000 #27 red balloons as a tribute to Sam. I think we have some posters in the Scottsbluff area, it would really neat if you could post some pictures!!
