Does anyone know if this Gofundme page for building a statue for Sam is legit or not? Has the family or University approved this or do they know the person that started it? I hate to be a naysayer and assume the worst, but people have been know to take advantage of people when they are grieving.
I would like to donate, but also want to make sure that its' purpose is upheld in the long run.
KETV posted an article about it, so it may be alright, just dont know if anyone has heard or knows anything
