Akron starting RB went 9 carries for 109 with a TD for an average of 12.1 per carry
VTech starting RB went 15 carries for 122 and 3 TDs for an average of 8.1 per carry
Washington starting RB went 16 carries for 148 yards with no TDs for an average of 9.3 yards per carry.
All three games the RB almost had first down yardage for the average per carry. Super surprised on this.
Side Note-UW also threw for over 300+ yards, and compiled 522 total yards total. That was 222 yards more than Rutgers, and also didn’t lose the TO battle, yet still lost.
Point I’m making is maybe that Schiano highly touted D isn’t as great as we think and maybe we come out and put 4 quarters together and smoke these guys!
