Watching a little of this Iowa/Rutgers game and Chris Ash seems to be channeling his inner Pelini. In guys faces and not hard to read his lips. I just think that is a bad approach to leading people in regards to long term success.

Buttgers may actually beat Iowa, with their best player on the sideline with crutches. But the 10 year extension feels great right now.

It works great as a defensive coach and coordinator. Not so much as a head coach long term.
