Rules question on screen passes and lineman downfield

Wanted insight as to the rules on lineman downfield. In the Notre Dame vs Texas game, Notre Dame threw a screen pass and the right guard and tackle were pushing 10 yards downfield, before the pass left the quarterbacks hand. Just wondering what the rule is on this.. thanks..
