Row 20 Section 9

Row 20 aint bad, so you have that going for you. Honestly there isn't too bad of a ticket at memorial stadium. As with any the closer the better, but you should be good. I've been twice to Kinnick and it's similar. Seats are kosher. Two good stadiums.

Isn't section 9 the student section? If so it may be a little more rowdy than normal and you will likely be standing the whole game. That's behind the Husker bench also....solid seats.

Will the students be on campus then? I'm not going to complain as I'm getting the ticket for free from a client. The only problem is that I have to spend Thanksgiving night in Omaha in order to make the game if its a 11:00am kickoff, which I suspect it will be. Mrs. Bean is kinda jealous as she didn't get invited....just 4 guys.

Just depends on who goes home. When I was in school there I would say about 75% of the students were there (just a rough guestimate). A lot of students lived still pretty close so they could go home, come back for the game, and then go home again.

I lied...below is from 2013...I don't think they have made any changes but who knows. Either way you should be fine...the student section is usually pretty calm.

10. Where is the student section for football?• The Nebraska Football Student Sections are in East Stadium Sections 9, 10 and 11 and in South Stadium Sections 12, 13 and 14. Gates open 90 minutes prior to kick-off. Non-traditional student seating is available for those students wishing to be seated outside of the general student population and must be requested when the student ticket is purchased.

Thanks, but he now sez its Section 29 instead of 9. All I know is wherever they are they are free and I'm inside watching the game.

I sat in the student section a few times as an ISU fan in some competitive games with my Husker friends. Cheer for your team but don't be obnoxious to those around you and it won't be very rowdy.

On top of that, the NU student section doesn't feel much like a student section. Does the NU athletic office allow parents/family to purchase tickets to sit in the student section? Iowa does this and it has the same feeling (except in the front, which is probably similar for nebraska). The ISU student section actually feels like a student section throughout.
