Did all the elite teams hit rock bottom before they became elite?
This is way worse than 2007 in my mind. With Callahan we knew he was a decent offensive coach but Cosgrove killed his job. I think Riley tried to much to be the behind the scenes coach and his assistants failed him. In the end is all his fault anyways because he allowed it to happen.
So did teams like Clemson, Alabama, Oklahoma rock bottom like we have? Surely after 16 years of mediocrity we can finally swim or hell, float to the top? Or are we cursed forever?
