After watching Riley on game day the last couple of years, it is interesting how little he participates on the sideline on game day. He is a stark contrast to Harbaugh and Meyer who seem to be very engaged during a game.
Not sure if I have a feeling one way or the other but I think you would see more engagement, encouragement or emotion from the leader on the field. I certainly do not want a Bo on the sideline but maybe a little more emotion and engagement.
