Basketball Report: NDSU forward Andrew Morgan to visit Nebraska

Per multiple reports, Nebraska will get a visit from North Dakota State transfer big Andrew Morgan today.

Morgan, a second-team All-Summit pick this past season, is coming off a recent visit to his native Minnesota.

Here's what I wrote down for Morgan when it was reported he was first contacted by Nebraska:
Morgan spent the previous three seasons at North Dakota State, which happens to be former Husker guard Sam Griesel's original program. The two were teammates in 2021-22.

The 6-10, 245-pounder from Waseca, Minn., is coming off his best season with the Bison. He averaged 12.9 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.0 assist per game while shooting 55% from the field, 36% from 3 (12-of-33) and 70% from the free-throw line (104-of-148).

Morgan, who has started for North Dakota State the past two years, has one season of eligibility remaining.
